Bajo el mismo cielo (telenovela)
Bajo el mismo cielo (English title: Under the Same Sky[2]), is an Americantelenovela created by Perla Farías for Telemundo.[3][4] The telenovela is a loose adaptation of the 2011 American drama film A Better Life directed by Chris Weitz, but inspired by the screenplay El jardinero, created by Roger L. Simon.[5]
Plot
Carlos Martínez, an undocumented immigrant living in Los Angeles, is a good, hardworking man who wants to give a good future and better opportunities to his children. To do so, he will face several difficulties and dangers.

- Gabriel Porras as Carlos Martínez, he is an undocumented Mexican in the United States. He is the father of Luis and Rodrigo Martinez.[7][8]
- María Elisa Camargo as Adela Morales, she is in a youth gang. She is the sister of Matías Morales, and daughter of Laura Morales.[9][10]
